On Thursday evening our patio was suddenly, without warning flooded with sewage coming from the kitchen gully. Callum was fantastic – he came out Friday first thing (he was on his way to Wales) and diagnosed the problem, cleared the blockage and had the system running clean as a whistle within half an hour. As a bonus I now know exactly where the pipes go and what the warning signs are if it happens again. Incredibly good – we’re so lucky to have found him.

The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. The drain was badly blocked much further down the pipe than anticipated but they managed to clear the line within half an hour and identified an issue with a pipe connection that could have caused it. Quick, friendly and efficient.

I had to get both my toilet cisterns replaced – they were not flushing properly and remove a problematic mascerator toilet. Turned up when he said he would. Communication excellent from first contact. Tidy and professional. At last I’ve found a plumber I can rely on!

Callum did great. We had a leak and he very quickly made time for us and came out to resolve the situation. Callum is friendly, approach, but also professional. He kept good to his quote, explained what he needed to do and left us feeling satisfied and happy with the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Callum to any of my friends or family.

An appointment was arranged very quickly and the couple who came out do the job were very courteous. They explained what they needed to do and got on with the job. Afterwards they re-sealed the bath panel and left the bathroom clean and tidy. Very happy with their attitude and the work they carried out.

Very polite asked several questions about the issue and then cracked on with the job. Said they wouldn’t be more than an hour and actually were closer to 30 minutes. Explained what the issue was and how they fixed it. Very clean and tidy, left no mess and I now have a fully working kitchen drain again.

Young Drains Ltd visited our office address within a few hours of us getting in touch, regarding a blocked toilet. He identified the problem as blocked drains outside and cleared them all. Very fast and efficient service, he talked me through everything he was going to do and took lots of photos. I have since had him visit my home to investigate rainwater drainage issues and was again very impressed at how thorough he was to identify the issue and make suggestions of how to improve the drainage.

Used young drains on numerous occasions now. Never been let down and reasonably priced. Always turns up when he says he’s going to and has always given different options so we can decide which is best to go with for practicality and financial purposes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as he always goes the extra mile.
